Intro to the Blues

Hello Everyone. Hope you find this site helpful. I am an avid Christian Blues fan and hope there are many others out there like me. I spent 10 years working in Christian Radio, and find that, for the most part, it is a wasteland.  It's kinda  sad when there are 5 Christian stations in an area, and they all play the same thing. Anyway, I digress. I became aware of Christian blues when I stumbled across an album called "Heavenly Blues.' It was a compelation of artists ranging forom people I had heard of (Kaiser, Mansfield, Keys, Howard) and lots I had never heard of before. Granted, I knew of there being Christian Blues songs, but never thought of it as a genre. Hopefully, this site will help others who have never heard of Christian Blues as well as open the door to those who love it, but don't know what's out there, and maybe, some who know more about it than me and will allow me to sit at their feet and soak in the knowledge.
